Our Support team is happy to provide technical support and perform free updates for your site. This is a free service for the life of your hosted solution. Support requests are added to a general queue and addresed in the order received according to the following priority.

1. Bugs & Production Errors.
2. Approved Labor & Demand Requests.
3. All Other support requests.

1. Free - Any single request, or multiple unrelated requests, that take less than 1/2 hour to complete and do not require programming or specialty graphics work.
2. Billable - Any single request, or multiple related requests, that take longer than 1/2 hour to complete or require programming or specialty graphics work. Billable requests are estimated and billed for actual labor at our standard labor rate.
3. Concierge - Any custom request beyond the scope of design and hosting your account. Concierge services are billable.
4. Demand - Any request (free or billable) that you ask us to complete on an expedited schedule ahead of other requests in the general queue and/or at a specific date or time. Demand updates will incur a minimum of one hour of labor plus any additional actual labor charges.
5. Phone Support - We provide 24x7 free unlimited email and call-back phone support to help with any problems or questions regarding your site. Call-back phone support is at our own discretion, this helps us keep our costs (and yours) down.
