UNLIMITED Support And Site MaintenanceOur Support team is happy to provide technical support and perform free updates for your site. This is a free service for the life of your hosted solution. Requirements are added to a general queue and addresed in the order received according to the following priority.
- Bugs & Production Errors.
- Approved Labor & Demand Requirements.
- All Other Requirements.
There are five primary types of support:

Free
- Any requirement that takes less than 1/2 hour to complete and does not require programming or specialty graphics work.

Billable
- Any requirement that takes longer than 1/2 hour to complete or requires programming or specialty graphics work. Billable requirements are estimated and billed for actual labor at our standard labor rate.

Concierge
- Any custom requirement
beyond
the scope of design and hosting your account. Concierge services are billable.

Demand
- Any requirement (free or billable) that you request us to complete on an expedited schedule ahead of other requirements in the general queue and/or at a specific date or time. Demand updates will incur a processing fee equal to one hour of labor plus any actual labor charges.

Phone Support
- We provide 24x7 free unlimited email and call-back phone support to help with any problems or questions regarding your site. Call-back phone support is at our own discretion, this helps us keep our costs (and yours) down.
